safe activity for those that look for adventure. Discover and enjoy the beauty

and equipment (windstopper jacket, helmet, oar, lifejacket, waterproof shoes

Deatils: Minimum age 15, you must be able to swim. Bring bothing
suit, a change of clothes and a towel.
